However, Railway Station is at a distance of 17.1 kilometers only (via the Old Highway). Local trains link the area to Lonavala and Pimpri-Chinchwad. The Government has proposed Metro connectivity in the area. The New International Airport is located at a distance of 31.2 kilometers (via Talawade Road).
